Health Design Consultation
This 90 minute session goes beyond mere consultation: In advance, I analyse your completed health questionnaire and food diary to understand your health from a complete 360-degree perspective.
From this, we work together to prepare tailored recommendations and strategies. I then work with you on implementation to achieve your health and lifestyle goals.
Health Programme
I work with you to devise a 10 week personalised support programme. We will address the four key pillars of health: sleep, stress, nutrition and movement.
I will support you throughout the personalised health programme, including 5 x 60 minute consultations.
