My passion is helping people achieve their health, diet, and lifestyle goals, empowering them to take control of their wellness with simple, personalised and sustainable strategies.

Free Consultation

No prep needed! A 20-minute call to chat about your health challenges and goals. I will explain how it all works and how I can help you achieve those goals. Then, if you’re happy, you can book a Health Design Consultation. In advance, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire and food diary.

A 6- or 10-week personalised support programme covering the key health pillars of sleep, stress, nutrition and movement. Flexible options available, with ongoing WhatsApp support and resources to guide you every step of the way.
